Unpad FEB became a pioneer in the establishment of an integrity zone in Universitas Padjadjaran. This began when the Rector of Unpad, Prof. Dr. Rina Indiastuti, appointed Unpad FEB as a pilot project for the implementation of the Integrity Zone in Unpad. As a reinforcement of the appointment, on Tuesday, May 19, 2020, the launch of the integrity zone was carried out at Unpad FEB with the signing of an integrity pact by the Rector of Unpad, Prof. Dr. Rina Indiastuti, and the 13th Dean of Unpad FEB, Prof. Yudi Azis. The signing of the integrity pact was carried out in a hybrid manner attended by the leaders of Universitas Padjadjaran and also officials from the Ministry of Education and Culture of the Republic of Indonesia, with the signing of the integrity pact strengthening the institution’s commitment to upholding the highest standards of honesty, accountability, and transparency in all aspects.

In 2021, Prof. Yudi Azis completed his term as the 13th dean and was replaced by Prof. Dr. Nunuy Nur Afiah, as well as the vice dean at that time, Dr. Mohamad Fahmi, who was replaced by Prof. Maman Setiawan as vice dean for learning, student affairs, and research and Dr. Kurniawan Saefullah as vice dean for organization and resources. With the change in management in the ranks of the Unpad FEB deanate, there were also changes in the management of the integrity zone committee, where Prof. Maman Setiawan as vice dean for learning, student affairs, and research was asked to be the coordinator in the Integrity Zone (ZI) implementation process at FEB.

In the process, Unpad FEB continues to strive to implement integrity zones in all faculty work units and actively socializes them to the entire Unpad society of academicians and also actively engages with stakeholders, including students, lecturers, staff, alumni, and the wider community, to promote dialogue and collaboration in upholding integrity standards through 6 pillars which include (i) Change management, (ii) Governance Arrangement, (iii) HR Management Arrangement, (iv) Supervision Strengthening, (v) Performance Accountability Strengthening, and (vi) Improvement in the quality of public services.

 

UNPAD FEB Corruption-Free Area Integrity Zone Certificate

The ZI-WBK predicate requires Unpad FEB to continue to implement behavior with integrity and improve public services and develop various innovations. Unpad FEB is determined to maintain the predicate of the corruption-free area integrity zone (ZI – WBK) and continues to progress to obtain the predicate of the clean and serving bureaucratic area integrity zone (ZI – WBBM). As a real commitment to the implementation of ZI WBK and the achievement towards ZI WBBM, Unpad FEB again carried out the launch of the integrity zone towards ZI WBBM by signing an integrity pact by all faculty leaders and faculty management officials as well as representatives of education staff which was carried out at the Unpad Training Center on March 15, 2023.

Implementation of integrity zone in an institution is not something easy to achieve with various complexities and challenges faced by leaders and managers in Unpad FEB environment who are required to be role models for academics not only in Unpad FEB environment but also in Unpad and national environment. Unpad FEB with its tagline “leading and inspiring” has been proven to be a role model and provides examples and inspiration both institutionally and individually with the following proofs:

1. Unpad FEB is the only Faculty of Economics and Business in Indonesia that has received the ZI-WBK predicate.
2. Unpad FEB is included in the QS WUR ranking by subject with a trend that increased from 500+ in 2000 to 450+ in 2021-203 and increased to 400+ in 2024.
3. Unpad FEB is a Faculty at Unpad that has been the best Faculty in the field of Teaching and Research for 4 consecutive years through the Pradja Brata award.
4. Several individual Role Models have provided exemplary and inspirational examples, including:

• Rina Indiastuti is a Professor at Unpad FEB who became the Rector of Universitas Padjadjaran for the 2019-2024 period.
• Armida S. Alisjahbana is a Professor who has a career at the United Nations by becoming the Executive Secretary at UNESCAP.
• Arief Anshory Yusuf is a Professor of Unpad FEB who is the Chair of the Unpad Professor Council and Chair of the Indonesian Professors Forum Council.
• The Dean of Unpad FEB has contributed at the national level by holding positions on the executive boards of LAMEMBA and AFEBI.
• The Vice Dean for Academic, Student Affairs, and Research became the best researcher in the field of socio-humanities at Unpad for two consecutive years in the 2021-2022 period. He also became the regional chief economist of BNI in the 2020-2023 period.
• Ilya Avianti as Head of the Accounting Department became the president commissioner of PLN Persero in the 2019-2022 period.
• Nury Effendi as Head of the Accounting Science Department became a member of the Bank Indonesia Supervisory Agency (BSBI) in the 2020-2023 period.
• Dian Masyita as a professor of Unpad FEB became the president commissioner of PT Asuransi Tugu Pratama Indonesia Tbk. in the 2022-present period.

5. Unpad FEB has the most internationally accredited study programs at Universitas Padjadjaran.

 

These various achievements reflect Unpad FEB’s unwavering dedication to maintaining a culture of integrity and excellent service from the entire Unpad FEB society of academicians. In its journey, Unpad FEB continues to improve its services to be better through service innovations (“wow services”) in the form of several new services, such as:

Whats Up (WA) Call Center Service

This service is a service from ULT at Unpad FEB. This service is a special Whats Up number that is opened outside of working hours. This call center can also be accessed via the FEB website.

 

 

Unpad FEB Internal Grant 2024

Service innovation grant to support excellent services implemented in the Unpad FEB environment. This grant was made by the Unpad FEB Education Staff, and as many as 9 teams were accepted as recipients for each team. Innovations were made based on the needs of each unit.
