Procurement of goods and services

Procurement of goods and services at Universitas Padjadjaran is carried out by the Procurement Service Office (KLP) of Universitas Padjadjaran with the principles of Efficiency, Effectiveness, Transparent, Openness, Competitiveness, Fair/non-discriminatory, Accountable, Flexible, and Best Value for Money. The entire process was carried out through Unpad’s e-Proc platform. This application is a web-based application system that provides information related to the Goods/Services Procurement Process at Padjadjaran University. This system was built to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of Procurement. Through the E-Procurement Website, providers of goods and services can also register online as partners of Universitas Padjadjaran and participate in the procurement process.

Task Force for Students with Disabilities

Universitas Padjadjaran has formed a Task Force for Students with Disabilities, which performs every effort of facilitation and coordination in realising a disability-friendly campus.
